In Canada, the construction industry employs over one million workers. In the coming years, we will begin to face a talent shortage. In this gap is our opportunity. We can advance diverse, inclusive teams, and champion progressive policies to welcome underrepresented groups into the industry.
Day in and day out, business life or personal, we all understand the moral imperative of “doing the right thing.” Society is becoming more aware—and appreciative—of equity and inclusion, understanding we all need to work toward ensuring under represented groups have the same opportunities.
